Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11 AM are dispatched the same day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 11 AM are dispatched the next working day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with your estimated delivery date.

Delivery Address & Safe Place Policy
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and any special instructions. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver may leave your order in a designated safe place at their discretion.
Our packaging is designed to keep products fresh for up to 24 hours.
If the order is left in a safe place and is subsequently stolen or damaged, we do not accept liability. However, we may offer a refund or compensation at our discretion.
